Uruguay adopts OLPC project as government policy

Uruguay is only country in the world which adopted One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) project as government policy. Other countries like Libya, Thailand and Rwanda have also shown their interest and other few countries like Brazil and Argentina, are implementing partial projects.
