Dr. Tim Hughes, Dr. Brian Irving, Orin Stephney and others to bring international perspectives to conversations on the future of school education.
New Delhi, 6 October 2026: The 36th Elets World Education Summit 2026 will bring together global education leaders in New Delhi on 12–13 October at Hyatt Regency Delhi. Among the speakers joining the summit are Dr. Tim Hughes, Dr. Brian Irving, Orin Stephney and others, representing education institutions in the UAE and international schools in India.
Organised by Elets Technomedia under the theme “Building a Future-Ready Global Education Ecosystem,” the closed-door, invite-only summit will convene school and university leaders, policymakers and education innovators for dialogue on the changing priorities of education.
Dr. Tim Hughes, Director of Academic Quality Assurance and School Improvement, Bloom Education, Dubai, UAE, joins the summit with a leadership remit centred on academic quality and institutional improvement. His participation brings the perspective of a UAE education organisation to the exchange on strengthening school education.
Dr. Brian Irving, Head of School, Trio World Academy, Bengaluru, Karnataka, and Orin Stephney, Senior School Principal, Lancers International School, Gurugram, Haryana, will contribute perspectives from international school leadership in India. Both feature in the summit’s discussion on how schools can respond to AI-driven change while strengthening creativity, critical thinking and human development.
Orin Stephney, Senior School Principal, Lancers International School, Gurugram, Haryana, will bring an international school leadership perspective to the summit. He will join the discussion on the next decade of school education, exploring how schools can embrace AI while nurturing critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence and values-based learning.
Together, their participation creates an opportunity for Indian education leaders to exchange ideas with peers working across different educational traditions and institutional settings. The conversations will connect the wider debate on the future of schooling with practical questions about leadership, learning quality and the development of young people.
